Aspen Snowmass will provide an epic stage for The Snow League’s debut on March 7-8, 2025, with the world’s best snowboarders set to compete on 
Buttermilk Mountain. 

Discover new superstars, cheer for the underdogs and watch fierce rivalries unfold. Stay hooked as winter’s elite athletes battle across the globe each season to become The Snow League World Champion.

Introducing The Snow League

• The first season will feature men’s and women’s snowboard halfpipe competitions at all four events. 
• Freeskiing will be introduced during the league’s second event in late 2025, and will be included in all future events. 
• Athletes will compete to accumulate points based on their results from each event to be tallied together at the end of the season and crown The Snow League World Champion.  
• The league’s structure, including a points-based ranking system and head-to-head championships, will deliver a fresh and engaging format for both participants and spectators. 
• The total prize purse for the first season will be at least $1.5 million, representing the richest prize purse in snowboarding and freeskiing.
