Black-Line QuickSett Origin Binding Disc 24/25 – First Look
Precision stance control with every 3° locked in.
Our crew tested the Black-Line QuickSett Origin Binding Disc (24/25), a system designed to let riders fine-tune stance angles with full adjustment and secure locking every 3°. The unit we rode was paired with a K2 binding—which isn’t officially compatible—so the disc couldn’t rotate properly once tightened, but that’s down to tolerances, not the concept itself. This Origin model is being phased out in favor of the new Origin 2.0, already available for preorder and set to launch in October 2025, promising improved compatibility and smoother function. The Snowboard International First Thoughts are back for another season of in-depth gear reviews, giving you the lowdown on the best snowboard gear for winter 25/26. This time around, the team spent two weeks up in Åre, Sweden, putting the latest kit to the test: five riders, three videographers, and one epic resort.
