Snowboard International x Burton Instagram Giveaway
Effective Date: 3 December 2025
1. THE PROMOTER
The Promoter of this giveaway is Snowboard International (“the Promoter”). For any queries relating to this giveaway, please contact the Promoter via email at hello@snowboard.international or via Instagram direct message @snowboardinternational.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The giveaway will run from Wednesday, 3 December 2025 at 13:00 UTC to Wednesday, 10 December 2025 at 13:00 UTC (“the Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.
3. THE PRIZE
Signed Burton Custom 156, Limited Edition snowboard by Ben Ferguson.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
4. ELIGIBILITY
1. This giveaway is open to individuals worldwide.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
3. Entrants must have a valid public Instagram account to participate.
4. Employees, agents, or contractors of the Promoter, Burton, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other parties directly involved in this giveaway, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.
5. Participation is subject to all applicable local, regional, national, and international laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
5. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must complete ALL of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

7. Follow the @burton Instagram account.
8. Comment “Burton” on the official giveaway post and tag at least two (2) friends in the comment. Each tagged friend must have a valid, active Instagram account.
9. Send a direct message (DM) to @snowboardinternational containing your email address once requested by @snowboardinternational. This email will be used solely to contact you if you are selected as the winner.
IMPORTANT: Entries are only valid if all steps above are completed. Failure to complete any step will result in disqualification. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.
6. ENTRY LIMITS
Each person may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same individual, multiple accounts operated by the same person, or any use of automated entry methods or devices will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of violating this rule.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
10. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period.
11. The winner will be notified via email only, using the email address provided via Instagram DM. No other form of notification will be used. The Promoter is not responsible for emails that are undeliverable, filtered as spam, or otherwise not received by the winner.
12. The winner must respond to the notification email within fourteen (14) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner using the same random selection method.
13. The Promoter’s decision regarding the winner is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
8. PRIZE DELIVERY
The winner is responsible for providing a valid shipping address. The Promoter is not responsible for any prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdirected during delivery. Any additional costs associated with prize delivery, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
15. By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data (including Instagram username and email address) by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the giveaway, selecting a winner, and delivering the prize.
16. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.snowboard.international/privacy-policy/.
17. The Promoter will not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties except as necessary to administer the giveaway or as required by law.
18. Participants have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact the Promoter at hello@snowboard.international.
10. PUBLICITY
The winner agrees that the Promoter may publish their first name and country/region of residence for promotional purposes. The winner further agrees to participate in reasonable post-giveaway publicity if requested by the Promoter. If the winner wishes to decline publicity, they should notify the Promoter in writing before accepting the prize.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
19. The Promoter and its affiliates, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
20. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation, or transmission, or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware, software, or email.
21. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, late, lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or otherwise not compliant with these Terms and Conditions.
22. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability arising from or in connection with this giveaway.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
25. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
26. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram. Participants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to this giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the giveaway should be directed to the Promoter, not to Instagram.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
