GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Snowboard International x Amplid Instagram Giveaway

Effective Date: 26 February 2026

1. THE PROMOTER

The Promoter of this giveaway is Snowboard International (“the Promoter”). For any queries relating to this giveaway, please contact the Promoter via email at hello@snowboard.international or via Instagram direct message @snowboardinternational.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway will run from Thursday, 26 February 2026 at 12:00 UTC to Tuhursday, 12 March 2026 at 12:00 UTC (“the Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.

3. THE PRIZE

One (1) Amplid Milligram splitboard.

Board size is subject to available stock and will be determined by the Promoter and Amplid at the time of prize fulfilment. The winner’s size preference will be taken into account where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

The prize is provided “as is.” Products given away in this contest are not covered by manufacturer warranty.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative or refund will be offered. The prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

4. ELIGIBILITY

1. This giveaway is open to individuals worldwide.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
3. Entrants must have a valid Instagram account to participate.
4. Employees, agents, or contractors of the Promoter, Amplid, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other parties directly involved in this giveaway, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.
5. Participation is subject to all applicable local, regional, national, and international laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

5. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must complete ALL of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

1. Comment “Milligram” on the official giveaway reel on the @snowboardinternational Instagram account and tag at least two (2) friends in the comment. Each tagged friend must have a valid, active Instagram account.
2. Upon commenting, participants will receive an automated direct message (DM) from @snowboardinternational containing a link to a sign-up form.
3. Participants must subscribe to the Amplid newsletter using the sign-up form provided. A valid email address is required.
4. To comply with GDPR, Amplid uses a double opt-in process. Participants will receive a confirmation email from Amplid and must click the confirmation link in that email to complete their subscription. Entry is only valid once the double opt-in is confirmed.

IMPORTANT: Entries are only valid if ALL steps above are completed, including confirmation of the newsletter subscription via the double opt-in email. Failure to complete any step will result in disqualification. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.

6. ENTRY LIMITS

Each person may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same individual, multiple accounts operated by the same person, or any use of automated entry methods or devices will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of violating this rule.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period. A valid entry requires a confirmed (double opt-in) subscription to the Amplid newsletter.
2. The winner will be announced on Amplid’s social media channels and contacted via email using the email address provided during the newsletter sign-up process.
3. The winner must respond to the notification email within twenty-four (24) hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner using the same random selection method.
4. The Promoter’s decision regarding the winner is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility before the prize is awarded.

8. PRIZE DELIVERY

The winner is responsible for providing a valid shipping address. The Promoter is not responsible for any prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdirected during delivery. Any additional costs associated with prize delivery, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If shipping outside the EU, the winner may be required to pay local import tax.

9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

1. By entering this giveaway, participants consent to subscribing to the Amplid newsletter and receiving updates, exclusive offers, and news from Amplid via email.
2. Email addresses provided via the sign-up form will be collected and processed by Amplid for the purpose of their newsletter. Amplid handles subscriber data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
3. The Promoter will process participants’ Instagram usernames for the purposes of administering the giveaway. Personal data handled by the Promoter will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.snowboard.international/privacy-policy/.
4. The Promoter will not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties except as necessary to administer the giveaway or as required by law.
5. Participants’ email addresses will be used solely for Amplid’s newsletter and will not be shared with third parties.
6. Participants have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights with respect to the Promoter’s data, please contact hello@snowboard.international. To exercise these rights with respect to Amplid’s newsletter data, please contact Amplid directly. Participants may unsubscribe from the Amplid newsletter at any time.

10. PUBLICITY

The winner agrees that the Promoter and Amplid may publish their first name and country/region of residence for promotional purposes, including announcement via Instagram Stories and social media posts. The winner further agrees to participate in reasonable post-giveaway publicity if requested by the Promoter or Amplid. If the winner wishes to decline publicity, they should notify the Promoter in writing before accepting the prize.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. The Promoter, Amplid, and their respective affiliates, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
2. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation, or transmission, or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware, software, or email — including but not limited to failure to receive the double opt-in confirmation email.
3. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, late, lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or otherwise not compliant with these Terms and Conditions.
4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability arising from or in connection with this giveaway.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
3. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
4. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding.

13. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and Amplid, not to Instagram. Participants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to this giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the giveaway should be directed to the Promoter, not to Instagram.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
