One of the most iconic rail jams in snowboarding is crossing the Atlantic.
After years as a North America–only event, Red Bull Heavy Metal makes its European debut this winter, landing right in the heart of Helsinki, Finland. For the first time ever outside the US, the world’s best street and rail riders will take over the city centre, bringing hammers, creativity, and pure street energy to one of snowboarding’s most celebrated street riding destinations.
We’ll see long-time Red Bull rider and Finnish national treasure Eero Ettala on the mic, welcoming a stacked lineup of riders to a jam-style format built around three distinct zones. Each section highlights a different side of street snowboarding, with custom rails, drops, and creative features designed to challenge even the most experienced riders.
Expect mind-blowing tricks, style, and an atmosphere only snowboarders can pull together.
