A Unique Opportunity for Growth

The three-day program, scheduled for January 23-25, 2025, is designed to help riders refine their skills, build confidence, and foster community. Participants will engage in activities ranging from mental coaching to freeride sessions, all supported by industry-leading partners. Haerty emphasized the deeper mission of the initiative:

“Competition has always been a vector to learn about myself as a woman and to develop skills useful for everyday life.”

With a strong focus on safety and skill-building, Level Up incorporates e-learning sessions by WEMountain, an organization dedicated to making mountain sports safer through education and technology. Each participant will also enjoy a training session with Le Bagley Sin, a Swiss facility specializing in air and style progression.

Haerty envisions this program as more than just a training ground.

“The goal is to create a supportive community where we can exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and provide valuable insights to help women’s snowboarding evolve,” she shared.

The program will also include public workshops and gear testing opportunities, welcoming broader community engagement and further enriching the experience.
