DAYS OF THUNDER

On April 4-6, Dundret Gällivare will host a completely unique, international snowboarding event that
has never been seen on Swedish soil before.

For the first time, legendary Snowboy Productions from the USA will be coming to Sweden and Gällivare
for their only event in Europe, which will be organized together with Swedish pro
snowboarder PJ Gustafsson.
The event will also be hosted by none other than Gällivare’s own snowboarding icon Johan Olofsson and
there will be many invited professional snowboarders joining from all over the world!
A specially designed snowboard park will be ready with new, completely unique features and during the
three days, photo/film sessions with world-class snowboarders will be held.
Famous snowboarders from the USA, Canada, Japan, Germany, England, and the Nordic countries have

already been confirmed, ranging from national riders, snowboarding legends and X-Games partici-
pants.

All this will be mixed with traditional Swedish après-ski, live music, DJs, and a real crowd party for all ages!
Snowboarding media from all over the world will be represented on site to document a weekend that
will go down in snowboard history. This will be an event you don’t want to miss!
WHAT IS DAYS OF THUNDER?

Days of Thunder is not a competition but a unique event that is built on community, creativity and having
fun together regardless of age, background, and nationality.
For three days, some of the world’s best snowboarders will offer world-class snowboarding in a specially
designed park.
No rules, no judges, no scoring, just riding together and having fun! Showing the spectators what
snowboarding is all about.
A selected part of the park will only be available to those who register for the event.
