3. This giveaway will commence at 3 October 2024 2pm UTC+1 and all entries must be received by 1:59pm UTC+1 on 23 October 2024. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
4. Entrants may enter the giveaway once.
5. To enter, entrants agree to be signed up to the marketing mailing lists of Snowboard International, K2 Snowboarding, Nidecker Snowboards, CAPiTA, UNION, DEELUXE, Lib Tech, Burton and Dragon Alliance. 
6. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
8. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winners will be notified via email within 2 working days of the prize draw. The winner of each prize must claim their prize within 2 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
10. To obtain details of the winner please email hello@snowboardinternational.com stating the name of the giveaway in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date.
11. Each brand handles your data in accordance with their respective privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
12. The Promoter will not give out or sell any data submitted to any 3rd party.
13. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok and you agree that Facebook, Instagram or TikTok shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this Promotion.
14. The main prize winners agree that Snowboard International can share their first name and city/country publicly. The winners also agree to send Snowboard International hi-resolution photos taken in good light that contain the winner with their prize. The winners further grant Snowboard International permission to share this on social media and via other media that Snowboard International controls. The winners further agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
15. By entering the giveaway each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
